The official language of the congress has been designated as English due to its international status. It has been decided that presentation slides should be prepared in English, while the presentation language may be English, Russian, or Turkish, according to the participant’s preference.
Официальным языком конгресса был определён английский в связи с его международным статусом. Было решено, что презентационные слайды должны быть подготовлены на английском языке, а язык выступления может быть английским, русским или турецким — в зависимости от предпочтения участника.

An official invitation letter will be sent upon request to all registered participants. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions.
All participants and company representatives can collect their name badges from the registration desk. Name badges must be worn during all scientific and social activities throughout the congress.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to all registered participants.
